I bought some more for my cash account. there is a big difference between mu and alsc. ALSC is a tremendous bargain. the foundrys' capacity is sold out . flash is coming on line the alsc investment in tsem will offer them access to additional flash technology. the venture capital investments keep going.

Here is a link with DRAM prices. Prices for 16MB and 4MB (the segment of the DRAM market that ALSC sells) are relatively stronger.
