I love a long base when the vol. begins to dry up so I felt the risk has been reduced. I was buying for the 12 month cap gains. I said at the beginning of the year it would take till the end of this year or the beginning of next year for the promise of 3G to be better defined so I was getting a jump on the 12 month cap gains. The possible China deal is just icing on the cake which surely will change the tone around QCOM.
