MU management is going to have a very difficult time explaining to irate shareholders (and maybe even directors, if they didn't pave the way properly) the strategy they have chosen to follow in recent weeks. I am having a difficult time figuring out the upside of their approach. Of course, they have chosen to be the sacrificial lamb for the entire industry if things go bad for them.

While no litigation can ever be certain in its outcome, Rambus has to be watching this spectacle with amazement and glee.

mishedlo... Bad choice of wording on my part. I meant that with a settlement the target drop to 50$ would be revised upward. I actually think we would see Micron share value increase with a settlement.

P.S. That ignore thing works pretty good.
