It is only necessary to provide funding to the extent needed to fulfill the purposes assigned

One of those purposes is to make good on the full credit and faith of the government spending spree that Reagan/Bush imposed upon us.

have you noticed how long the lines are at
the Unemployment office have been
for the last 4+yrs?

have you been on SSI or just out of the country?
(There have been some lay-offs in the "dot.Coms" tho lately )
