I am not sure why you have to have IP end-to-end from the core to the desktop/cellphone/devices!

And besides, to believe that NT does not know IP is the biggest misunderstanding. There is a difference between building routers that read and manage IP packets and actually building IP based core networks.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong but I would fall off my chair if NT does not have IP transmission competency in the core networking side.
