Ron, Just a quick comment. There is nothing wrong with mentioning the name of a person who works for KEM and who gave you information, especially if you got information from that person; that's what they do, and are there for, and really are accountable for. If you inadvertently mispresent it publically by posting it incorrectly (by mistake or otherwise) then you would be responsible, not the person from KEM. In fact, some IR depts tape the conversations for protection of both the IR person and the caller. As well, many of the names of the executives are readily available anyway. Regards, Steve
