For the FY ended 6/30/00, revenues rose 14% to $99.2M. Net loss totalled $1.4M vs. an income of $2.5M. Revenues reflect an increase in sales to the consumer electronic communication and general mechanism markets. Higher loss reflects the acquisition costs of BYE/Oasis.
