We do use it, and I expect it will help. IE4 was the only one we didn't use.

My boss - a deacon in his other life - built a "Shrine to Dogbert" in the corner of his office after his kids gave him a small stuffed toy of the famed sysadmin. I found a stuffed Tux (the Linux penguin) and added it. When we're deep in the network [d][v]oodoo, we make dark allusions to chicken bones, cigars, rum, and knitting needles. He hasn't performed an exorcism - yet. <g>
