It's even worse than that.

Take out Cisco's "other" earnings (stock gains and others) and it would boost their earnings by far more.

With all these crazy buyouts at amazing prices, I'm surprised somebody hasn't made an offer. Flash and Dresden alone must be worth $30 billion with the way this other crap gets valued.
