Richardson sounding like a broken record... quote.bloomberg.com Notice the SPR hasn't been mentioned in a while. I don't know about anyone else, but asking for $20-25 oil when it's at $34 and when OPEC has stated they want closer to $25-28 strikes me as somewhat naive... especially going into the winter months. Richardson should be saying we'd like to avoid $40 thank you. I would much rather have had steady $28 oil than this, but maybe we can get some nice short term gains.
