bought an initial position near the close at 68 11/16. looking for the stock to retest support at 65. I think we will be down tomorrow morning, test 3960 and then we will continue upward. LUMN will IPO this month and expected mkt cap is 2.6 bil which is 1/2 of MRVC. I've been waiting for this stock to come down from its recent run so I could get in. Also looking at VLCT, ISLD JB420

Greg, et.al.: From watching the "tape" it's clear someone wanted (wants?) MRVC at lower prices than it was at market open yesterday. There's been a very methodical walk-down on this equity, and on small prints plus routine under-cutting of the bid, too. I was looking to get in should $70 hold. It didn't, so neither did I. Be that as it may, two days do not a trend make, so let's see if the "market" (wink, wink) is done with MRVC, or if it wants the equity lower still. Hmmmmm.....say.....exactly WHEN is that IPO set to go off? HEH!! John~
