So, Rambus doesn't make threats, and it's a good thing they do. And the fact that Micron fell on an analyst report that totally hashed its only reference to the money-for-nothing people indicates the legal soundness of Rambus threats, too. That's what I like about this thread, the sound reasoning that's so abundant here.

I second the nomination of John's post for this years hall of fame award.

On second thought I believe we need
1) Hall of FAME nominations
2) Hall of SHAME nominations

and if I am entiltled to toot my own horn here, I do recall Unclewest nominating my "Bilow Admits to Being a Paid Basher" post as the best post of the year. LOL
