It sure is strange action for a stock about to spin a "hot" ipo or two, but my guess is most of this slide was caused by the NDX skid. The gapdown at the open sure makes the chart look suspect.

Hey...maybe it goes up 10 tomorrow...12 or 15 would be sweet...NO? :-)
