Thanks for the complete article, which has a little more detail than the earlier version I excerpted. (To avoid copyright laws, you didn't by any chance clone it using a DNA sequence, did you?)

Any thoughts on TKTX's apparent claim that Amgen's outside lawyer was affirmatively obligated to inform the P.O. of the lawsuits? Seems a stretch to me, but what I know about patent law would fit on a DNA strand from a gnat.
