I have to admit I haven't reviewed the current TOU that closely.. Looks pretty threatening actually..It's not like the "Do you accept" notices I get when installing the latest version of Real Player -g-

CB, I love this one. It is like the law congress passed a few years ago making it a mandantory death sentence (or something like that) for killing a congressman. When it passed I remember thinking "Well if someone kills a "regular" citizen not a big deal but just don't kill one of the crooks. :-))
