Challo, Damn Challo, as if I dont feel STUPID already. Yes, I meant UOPIX to buy. Frankly, I really do think I have a winning recipe, which I have be experimenting on for years. If there is anyone from MEMPHIS, I tink I got a recipe that can beat the majority of recipes at the "Q", and has a chance of winning. For those not familiar with the "Q", its a huge BBQ competition held each spring on the Mississippi in Memphis where they take BBQ'ing real serious. Were talking about those 12-18 hour slow cooks. Darn, feel like roasting a whole pig right now. gggggg
