William, if Kumar and Piper Jaffray cannot document their statements, Kumar may lose more than his salary. The impervious Pied Piper Jaffray may discover that SEC will follow their tune, all the way back to their trading books, to make sure their orders haven't been cooked, according to to Mr. Kumar's most recent recipes for a delicious tech-mix.
