I'm thinking that the Supreme Court heard the case on Sept. 1st. I'm going to do some more digging to confirm that.

Tony and all,

Was talking with Hurst tonight. He says that the hearing is set for Dec. 15th. He thinks we might get a decision one or two months after. Perhaps a bit longer if the judges want to use this to set some new legal ground.

Quebec hearing is on hold until after the Supreme Court decision. That will probably start within 30 days of any unfavourable decision (in that unlikely event).
