That is a very astute analysis of the debt offering. However, Wall Street doesn't see it that way. HGSI traded down heavily in the post market session after the announcement. $1 billion worth of debt is a lot to take on considering last years revenues of 13.3 million for the past 6 months. I don't think my bank would make me a loan with that type of debt/income ratio. Anyways, we shall see. I really think HGSI will change the way we offer medical treatment. GO HGSI!
