As i mentioned on stockhouse, the synergy of management and product and geography would be dynamite for a consolidated company. Have to be a share for share deal, so they would be issuing some 18 million; they would still be way under 100 million outstanding. I get your number coming out at about CDN$45 - seems a bit low. The straight swap values us closer to TLGD. I still wonder if the story from Sine was drafted in such a way as to try to bring these 2 "competitors" to the table to see that they really aren't big on overlap. He keeps talking about how good each one is within a specifc area, and those dam ares don't overlap.
