When he says we have a high its time to exit your trading stocks and or sell calls on them.
When he say we have a low its time ot buy the calls back and
or reenter the market.
Unfortunatley I had thought the high would be higher than last Fridays and thought we would run up through today and then work lower between now and next Monday so I stayed in the market and didn't sell calls.
The last three months I have sold calls on my JDSU shares around $5 and bought them back around $1.50.
So those trades netted me around 10K as each time I sold 10 calls.
This time when I received his email I thought we would have till the 7th to work higher and we didn't.
Hope that explains it to you.
