I use TD Waterhouse up here.

I've never had the problem of the little 100 200 500 fills...well maybe 2 or 3 times out of thousands of trades....and both that I remember, were small fills on the bid, so I immediately cancelled the rest of the order, and put what I was filled on, back in, on the ask......and poof!

On stocks I want to buy and hold, at my price.....I have had small fills, BUT since my orders for those are never good "just for the day", 99.9% of the time, I get my total fill, at my price, at one small commission of $29 or 1.5% (reduced to 1.3% with the rebate).......because I make my orders good for anywhere from a few days, to a month or so and I adjust the price, up or down accordingly to what is happening during the day.
