Yes, the article says nice-sounding things about the space and STOR's pioneering role. In terms of its tone, it is not negative. But in terms of its CONTENT, it seemed to me very negative. To wit:
1. Fortune 1000 firms are not buying it. Mostly the dotcoms are. (If the big companies with their own storage capabilities are not interested, then the storage utility market will be a lot smaller than otherwise.)

2. The 2003 market size estimate the author quotes of $5.5 billion from IDC is less than STOR's market cap of near $10 billion.

3. Many other companies are coming in (and he makes this not as a theoretical point--he names names.)

Thanks for pointing out that the article was not so negative in tone. You are correct there.
