I don't think a Monday release of US-III is a certainty -- the reports I've read conflict, so until I see it straight from Sun, I'm going to assume nothing. I assumed today's drop was the result of somebody needing to sell some to make their Jeep payment. <g> On another note, I found this Yahoo! message board post interesting: messages.yahoo.com In it, "Shortenstein" claims to make $80,000 in 3 days shorting SUNW. In order to do that, and assuming they shorted near the high (129 +/-) and will cover at 113 (as Shortenstein claims -- so it seems the position is still open), they would have to go short 5000 shares, with an initial value at the time of shorting of $645K. Form your own conclusions about Shortenstein; I've been reading his/her posts over on Yahoo! for a few days and they suggest to me the intellectual capacity of someone in middle school. If I'm right, there may be some rather inexperienced folks taking large short positions in SUNW (or falsely claiming they are); I take that as a strong positive. JMHO, of course.
