The only reason that unfortunate woman was in that shuttle was because NASA bureaucrats saw the opportunity for a publicity stunt to shake more cash out of Congress. The criminals were the Govm't officials that put a civilian into such a hazardous place for NO GOOD REASON.

The astronauts who died were brave people who understood the risks and died doing their duty.

The teacher was a hapless victim.
