According to my sources, RDRT is going to do thin film filter for DWDM which is a hot. They have about 20 people now however, the current thin film deposition equipment in RDRT is useless. They are ordering special equipment now but the lead time is over 1 year. Therefore, this 20 people is doing nothing just for PR. They have not proved that they can do DWDM filter yet. Until they proved they can do it, I would wait and see. I know this two months ago.
