Uh, scummy lil XCIT touting away on RB, why not put a sock in it since as onewhoknows pointed out, you know less than nothing.
A few things I take exception to in your posts
ragingbull.altavista.com
The present day Ziasun corporate Directors are clean as a whistle IMO

Uh, wake up dummass. You do realize that ZSUN's big kahuna, Allan Hardmann was on the board of Fountain Fresh and Bevex, some of Cragun's stable of companies.
How about Elder. First ZSUN tells the WSJ that they can't comment due to the lawsuit with the ZSUN8, but then Elder does comment to the San Diego paper saying how they're doing all they can to help the people getting ripped off. How hypocritical is that when ZSUN was hosting the web site for one of the boiler rooms and it provides an office for Bryant Cragun.

The bottom line IMO is they have failed to produce the evidence that supports all there claims and posts bashing Ziasun and it's corporate directors.

Uh, dude we don't have to prove our claims. All we have to prove is the wild accusations of Bryant Cragun are completely false. This we will do. Now as for producing documents, how about I get on the speakerphone at the same time I type this. Hey you don't know, maybe I really am doing it just for the goof, and I call my local lawyer and tell him there's a guy posting as XCIT on RB. See that some harm comes to him.
My lawyer would file suit against you. Might cost a grand. Big deal. I could allege all kinds of things in the suit. Then in discovery I ask for your computer(s) all your trading records, etc. Would you gladly fork these over cuz your Mr. Innocent, or would you tell me to stick it up my ass, and back up my allegations.
Well that's what we did. I don't know the exact date, but surely if Mr. Elstein really can find the San Diego court site, he can check the docket and find the date, but very soon, Mr. Cragun will have to produce evidence supporting his claims. Yes that's right, he's the one that has to provide evidence, not us. Again, he's also the one that hasn't answered discovery request, not us. When asked for documents that were germane to the case, we produced hundreds of pages of documents, and I truthly answered no, I have not traded International Assett Management stock. Dumb morons. XCIT, are you one of Cragun's lawyers? You have the natural lack of aptitude for it.

If he had the documents all he had to do was show them to the judge. He did not. What does that tell you?
Again, since you're slow. Any documents that were related to the case were gladly provided. Anything that was none of anyone's business were vigourously objected against.

I believe he printed something on this post about an IPO document. Where is that document and why was it not reproduced for the judge.

XCIT, your memory seems to be, ummm, not so good. Floyd posted the IPO documents months ago, and Auric linked to them just a few days ago. Why would they have to be produced in discovery, after all Cragun has plenty of copies of those, but I imagine at least a couple of copies were produced.
Just for you since you're too lazy to do any research on your own, here's the ipo that wasn't an ipo, in all it's glory.
