Gambler. Traded EPEX twice during the past 15 months for ST gains.

IMHO, not a great company. Most recently sold it in Jan at $4 and redeployed the $$. Haven't followed it since. But as of early this year their exploration record was not good.

I looked at EPEX today. Their luck seems to have changed for the better this year. I wasn't "extremely" impressed but did take a small position of a few thousand shares. I like the NG producers who are mostly unhedged in the current environment. OPEC can't particularly hurt their bottom line. Strongly believe that the NG problems are going to be around for awhile.

If the NG production rates don't increase over the winter we may actually run out around the February timeframe. The only thing I can see to prevent a disaster is the opening of the Alliance pipeline. Let's all hope they are still on schedule!

If anyone is looking to short something, try the Aluminum and fertilizer manufacturers. The government is likely to shut them down early next year to ensure people don't freeze to death.
