Rick: Thanks so much for helping to maintain my confidence in Cadus during those many dark months.

My wife says she will read the opinion tonight
(today is her last day as an attorney downtown,
tommorrow it is diapers and laundry for her!)
--I wondered if Cadus had a chance for any punitive
damages. After all, this whole mess did put them
out of business. Granted KDUS has future royalties,
an investment in Axiom, and whatever else I've lost
track of--but hardly seems fair they had to lay off
their scientists and such over these lawsuits.

Not that I'm not grateful to get a daytrade out of
this too. Snagged some more this morning at a buck
and was out at 1 5/8. Still holding the other 90%
of my shares, you hate to give shares up even at
this price. I would guess this closes near $2 today.

It is funny--I see right now some old shares bought
in the 2.50-4 range, could happen. But punitive
damages probably wont be the way Cadus gets there.
