Jay, will the new IP feed solve the "sticking bids/asks" on L2 and Island book or is this a different problem and, if so, is there any good word on solving it?

One learns to work around it but it is a major pain in the rear to do so.

Jay,

In all fairness, your comment:

To the group,
We definitely feel for your continued frustration, and are working to get this IP Feed up as soon as possible.

can not possibly be accurate on a corporate level. The 'new ip feed' has been in the works for months and months and months. And months. Clearly there are not enough resources applied to this issue. Dates have slipped numerous times.

Basically, there is no way we will not have the feed up by Oct. 31st.

Well that's nice to know.

I know you are just the messenger in this, but since you appear to be involved in QC and Testing, I'm sure you feel the pain personally.

I can only hope that additional resources will be added to your team.

Jay, you might also like to know that the QCharts link on the Lycos page does not work. qcharts.quote.com calls redirect_all.asp and sits there grinding away doing nothing visual.

Could someone please post a direct link to the downloads page so that I can update to the latest and greatest QCharts?

EDIT, I managed to get in by accessing the FTP server directly. Just lucky I found a link somewhere. ftp://ftp.quote.com/qcharts/

Thanks,
Mike
