BC, one critical differnce is that Japan was a creditor nations we are a debtor nation so Japan was able to cut rates to zero. Where would da buck be if AG had to cut rates to near zero? in a vain attempt to stimulate the economy after the bubble bursts. talk about TL & EV! HO HO HO Mike
