At first I thought MDR's strong run had to have an element of short covering, but it looks like there's only 900K shares short. Pretty paltry considering all of MDR's problems the past year. Looks to me like solid fundamental buying. It's now above it's 50 and 200 dma's.

I'd let it run regardless of the OSX action.

I don't know why, but it's long over due and I'm glad I stuck it out as one of my largest holdings.

Merrill Lynch Partners bought 1.9MM shares of MDR last quarter, but the institutional buy and sell information has a long lag time.

I sold RIG short yesterday at $64.50, and covered the short today by buying FLC at 29.625. There seems to be a large spread in the price between FLC and RIG. Easy money.

Back in FGH today at 5 7/8.

CLB had large volume yesterday and it now up 4.08% today at 20 3/4, another great laggard.
