A "half-baked" USIII (And I am not implying that it is flawed since I have no knowledge) is many magnitudes worse than releasing it later than expected. The consequences with Intel's Pentium release where there was a floating point mathematical error, was devastating to the company. I do not fault SUNW if they release next month or by January 2001 if need be.
