I don't think that my assessment was incorrect at the time it was made. It is easy to say in hindsight that I was wrong. As Yogi Berra said, "It's deja vu all over again". LOF, isn't your statement true of ANY incorrect decision? Who makes a decision that they think is incorrect at the time it was made?
