Sharck, You may remember me as MickeyMouseOperation from the Wall Street Stand days. I just got onto SI so I am happy to be here. Your thread is a huge success so far! Congratulations. I am watching IGTE from Velo now, volume is starting to get under neath it in the last few minutes. Could be good for a pop if it keeps up.

I generally trade sector by sector...whatever is moving. Bios (mlnm, hgsi, incy, imnx, affx, among others), fiber optics, semis, wireless (qcom, aeth, though not lately), selected internets (like webm, akam, ibas, itxc) etc... Move in on news or TA. Big believer in following volume and money flow. Follow maybe 300 different stocks. Have several "long-term" holds, too. Recently (today) seen playing (trading) several f/os like Onis, Nufo, Sdli, Lnop (bought yesterday on the Gilder rumor). Kdus (small, extemely risky bio) on news of a settlement. Chips are iffy, but I'm poking some trades there too. Would like to see Amat a bit stronger before jumping in as heavy as I was couple weeks ago. Bios doing nicely and have several there I'm watching very closely. There are rumors (probably false) of a Msft settlement...may provide the impetus for a nice tech pop. We'll see.
