I agree with you. I'd guess that they'll negotiate out some
kind of sweetheart/volume deal that improves Qwest's cost
that will not put NXTV at risk of financial difficulty.

That's a tricky balance and is probably why there's no clear
answer now. I think they'll find one, but this time around
we've not got any specific timeframe to expect an answer.

Unfortunately, because cost issues are still in negotiations
Lehman's warning is not definitively quashed. On the other
hand, Q has expressed that Video is a growth area it wants
to be in (not to be confused with the QDM potential spin-out)
and that bodes well for NXTV's future.

With some of the uncertainty out of the way, I think the
stock'll move up. An announcement regarding Korea within
the next day or two (hint hint NXTV) would help maintain the
upward direction.
