Also, the availability of true high speed, bi-directional, robust transport offers the rest of the world the opportunity to harness the power of the Internet to not only transform people's lives but to expand their business opportunities as well. After decades of fiber installations, still only a tiny fraction of business users have access to truly broadband service. We see this new capability as an enabling technology for a whole new class of business applications.
