LD - futures: Fair value for Sep futures was about 6 pts above NDX cash or 3843. Dec fair value was 3900ish, or 62pts above cash. Last week they could mentally substract 5-7pts from the futures in order to estimate cash value of the NDX. After the change of the front quarter: - yield to cash will be 10* higher - they will have to calculate again. Influence of the front quarter change is psychological, a surcharge of the mind's of the traders.LOL. But one of the factors that make triple whitching a volatile week.
