Do we have a DIVERGENCE? Oil still heading out of startosphere, as OSX is semi-soft. Remember if oil is indeed out there and on its way to our shores over the next 2-3 months, the .5-1 mil BBL increase could take our inventories to 97 OVER-FLOWS! I believe more then ever this 35-36 BBL crude is created by the MYMEX traders, they are in-effect setting up the jan-april contract to trade beloe 25bbl!!

Just take a second and think of what happened in 97. Yes ASIA had problems, but the bottom line it was a delivery timing issue then as it is now. The crude in 97 was found, and at the time the OSX was at a new high most traders in OSX stocks believed crude stocks were too low heading into the winter months. They bid crude up even after OPEC had opened the spicket several months prior.

When oil started to show up in the API/ DOE reports every day the OSX slipped. It had brief rallys with abnormal API's but the trend reversed ON A DIME!!
