perhaps...you should provide a tracet program for subscribers to test their routes...like Cybercorp provides it's uses?

If you using win98, go to start,programs, msdos prompt.

At the C:> prompt, type tracert www.quote.com <enter>

all hops should be around 22 milliseconds or less.

remember the command should be "tracert" for trace route.
