how is oil supposed to come down? i think only a recession can bring oil prices under control at this stage...no way is the problem going to be solved via the supply side.

Why is the OPEC meeting key? There is nothing that can be done at this point. What are they going to do, say sorry we can't produce enough for this winter but we will be selling our oil for 20 bucks a barrel if you can get it?

I agree with you on oil, and it won't be a happy resolution for the bulls. Energy policy has been ignored too long, and now the price will be paid... BTW, Anadarko, which gapped down (I guess in response to Bubba's sickening groveling at the feet of the Saudi Clown, errr, CROWN Prince), is now green... Got gas? EDIT: Heating oil now at contract high. HO HO HO! quotewatch.com
