Biotechs and Pharmaceuticals took the lead today on early triggers. NTAP was an explosion at the open and CELG, VRTX, GENZ, GILD, EPG, GALT, TECH followed the first reversal period. Its important to follow the stocks through all the correct reversal periods with timely chart triggers on the 5 or 10 minute charts with rationale behind the triggers. Daily charts should be referred to for key trendlines, moving averages, support/resistance levels.

The next reversal period brought ELNT,IMPH, PALM, IDTI and DPTI.. we finished up with ADBE, IRF and MCRL.. All in their different compartments. Market Gems officially sticks with fundamentally sound companies on retreats from overbought situations rather than test our trading capital on speculative stocks with no real buy triggers or chart information. TUNE and MRVL was our little foray into relatively unchartered areas, but still with some sort of short term track record. They should be separated from official "watch list" and "earnings plays" picks and not included automatically as "Gems Picks".

Although this is the Market Gems thread, we are not responsible for the picks and everyone is cautioned to use due diligence on all trades. PM's will be answered only on MG picks and not others. Please go to the source of the pick for the information. I'm getting PM's on stocks that I have never heard without any track record per se. These are speculative trades off "most up" or "Unusual volume" and they are too new or speculative to hazard an opinion.
