Voters don't use crude, they use gasoline, heating oil and NG, and NONE of these will be available in supplies significant enough to lower prices by election time, IMO. If Dubya has his MoJo working in the debates (admittely, low power MoJo, but so be it), he'll draw and quarter algore on this issue.
