Interesting reply to question on RBULL as to where
a poster saw ESTM going!!!
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I think they have technology that UPS and FEDEX
dont have!
I also think that with Kewill, they will turn into
the sort of company that UPS and Fedex would like
to be!!
After that, it's only a question of scale!!!
The problem established traditional industry faces,
is new competition getting quickly to the same level
as it took people like UPS/Fedex 20 years to achieve!!
In certain industries, the argument can be argued
against....but not in document delivery, certification,
logistics........
Stamps and E-Stamp are a certainty for takeover,
friendly or otherwise.
This is just my opinion, as I know some people are
upset at the way I have researched and come up with
this view....but it was all there in the public domain
for anyone to see....assuming they were curious enough,
or had asked from E-Stamps inception....where is all this
going to end up, and who does it affect????
Who it affects and who was going to keep a close eye
on E-Stamp was always pretty obvious, but the bolt
on of Kewill's solution, or that of anyone offering what
KWL had, has moved the goalposts rapidly closer!!
I dont think the market yet appreciates how far, how
deep and how quickly E-Stamp can now penetrate it's
target markets!!!!
If I was a bookie, I would not lay generous odds on them
being taken out, especially now as they are so vulnerable
share price wise....but I would lay odds that someone
owns a substantial slice of them and acquired it during
the recent price slump.
It will be interesting to see if this is true.
All speculation of course and as usual do your own research
Caveat Emptor!!!
