No such sales occurred and no such revenues were generated. IMDS put out a clarification notice....

March 24, 2000...."Also, the Company would like to expand on its Press Release of December 1, 1999 and December 14, 1999, with regard to the distribution agreement with Cycle of Life. The distribution agreement gives Cycle of Life the exclusive right to distribute and sell the CTLM™ in a number of countries for a period of three years with possibility of a two year extension of the exclusive distribution and sales rights if Cycle of Life meets specific sales requirements. The terms of the agreement provide that Cycle of Life will distribute a total of a minimum of 50 CTLM™ systems in selected countries at a purchase price of $250,000 per system over the initial two years of the agreement; if the requirements are not met, the Company would be able to terminate the agreement. As of March 20, 2000, the Company has not earned any revenues from this agreement. The Company however, as of March 20, received purchase orders for two CTLM systems, but will be unable to fulfill these orders until the Company receives FDA export approval to send CTLM™ systems to Canada."
