Bernard, If the debt market remains closed to CLECs forever, which is highly unlikely, I am confident that WCII can get the money they need via equity, converts, bank loans, etc. The unique asset they have , licenses and BBFW technology, is sure to attract investors. Might it be dilutive? Maybe. However, what is important is completing the buildout and becoming profitable. At that time I am sure there will be potential acquirers willing to pay a sizeable premium to the then existing enterprise value.
