CCAA: SSP, found answer on RB Board... ragingbull.altavista.com I spoke with Mr. Cala today and Stephen Zrenda was the lawyer that handled the takeover of the company last year. He was paid with restricted shares of the stock and has not worked for the company since. He has no knowledge of any activities at Cala Corp. Ellen Chandler is Mr. Zrenda's mother in law and shares were given to her foundation by Mr. Zrenda. After all the volume we have had since there fillings and today's volume I would think that most of their shares are now gone imo.
