paul, aha .. i see which one r u talkin about now !!! i've been calling it the middle band of the fork formation, paul !!! <this is my opinion> i wouldnt ignore the additional 3 days ahead of the day u used as a starting point although it had never hit it again afterward !!!

the upper band of the fork started from intermediate bottom in may @3042+/- through the bottom on the 3rd trading session in july @3815+/- !!

the middle band of the fork <or the upper band of the rising channel> was the first 4 trading days which created the upper line; that never again touched !!!

the lower band is the same band !!!

whichever way we look at it ... it has been broken !! <G>
