This Blumenthal is a real a-hole. He hates seeing people being taken care of. If the HMO's are sued, then you'll have even more uninsured because they'll get out of the business. Blumenthal is the same smirking jerk who was leading the bogus case against Microsoft. He's another lawsuit happy lawyer.
