Plus it was planned as a fund raiser. No, the fund raiser was planned for nearby Monterrey Park. It was only when that event was cancelled that John Huang in his eagerness and ignorance asked the people from whom he had already collected money to see Gore at the temple instead. I have no doubt that Huang tried to raise money wherever he went as he did not seem very informed about the nuances of campaign law. Gore on the other hand, was just following the schedule of appearances prepared by his staff. TP
